Abstract

This article examines the anticipated advantages, difficulties, and implementation tactics of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in college physical education. Data were gathered from twenty participants, including administrators, technology specialists, and physical education instructors, using a mixed-methods approach that included semi-structured interviews and surveys. According to qualitative research, 75% of participants voiced worries about technological competence and ethical issues, whereas 85% of participants highlighted benefits of AI integration, such as individualized learning experiences and increased teaching efficacy. Sixty-five percent of participants recommended collaborative collaborations with technology specialists and professional development for educators as strategies for successful adoption. These conclusions were corroborated by quantitative survey answers from 85 students and 22 instructors, who expressed a favorable attitude toward AI integration (65%) and a high level of satisfaction (70%) with AI-enhanced learning opportunities. But it was clear that there were obstacles including lack of technological expertise and reluctance to adapt. This report highlights the revolutionary potential of AI technology in college physical education and offers guidance to educators and policymakers on how to successfully deploy it.
