Kesan kombinasi latihan AHI (Aerobic High Intensity) serta SEP (Speed Endurance Production) dan kombinasi latihan AMI (Aerobic Mod Intensity) serta SEM (Speed Endurance Maintenance) terhadap prestasi daya tahan kardiovaskular dan ketangkasan pemain bola sepak

Kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk melihat kesan kombinasi latihan serangan-bertahan terhadap prestasi daya tahan kardiovaskular dan ketangkasan mengubah arah bagi pasukan pemain bola sepak Presiden Negeri Sembilan sepanjang musim 2020. Seramai 36 orang pemain yang dipilih secara persampelan bertujuan dibahagikan kepada 3 kumpulan yang terdiri daripada kumpulan intervensi A (n = 12) yang menjalani latihan AHI (Aerobic High Intensity) serta SEP (Speed Endurance Production). Manakala kumpulan intervensi B (n = 12) menjalani latihan AMI (Aerobic Mod Intensity) dan SEM (Speed Endurance Maintenance) dan kumpulan kawalan (n = 12) menjalani rutin latihan biasa pasukan. Ujian pra dan pasca dijalankan untuk menentukan kesan intervensi selama 6 minggu. Prestasi daya tahan kardiovaskular diukur menggunakan ujian MSRT (Multi Shuttle Run Test), manakala prestasi ketangkasan diukur menggunakan ujian BAT (Balsom Agility Test). Analisis statistik Repeated Measure MANOVA digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil dapatan kajian menunjukkan tiada perbezaan signifikan (p>0.05) bagi kesemua kumpulan (AHI/SEP, AMI/SEM, kawalan) semasa ujian pra terhadap daya tahan kardiovaskular dan ketangkasan. Walaubagaimanapun, kedua-dua kumpulan intervensi AHI/SEP dan AMI/SEM menunjukkan peningkatan prestasi yang signifikan (p>0.05) terhadap daya tahan kardiovaskular dan ketangkasan berbanding kumpulan kawalan semasa ujian pasca. Tiada perbezaan yang signifikan (p>0.05) yang ditunjukkan antara kedua-dua kumpulan intervensi semasa ujian pasca. Kesimpulannya, intensiti AHI dan AMI adalah relevan untuk meningkatkan daya tahan kardiovaskular manakala intensiti SEP dan SEM adalah relevan untuk digunakan bagi meningkatkan pergerakan kepantasan mengubah arah. Kedua-dua jenis intervensi AHI/SEP dan AMI/SEM sesuai digunakan sebagai latihan yang berintensiti tinggi dalam meningkatkan komponen kecergasan daya tahan kardiovaskular serta ketangkasan mengubah arah terhadap pemain bola sepak.
